this provides your clients with a professional design roadmap and a prioritized list of updates to maximize their sale price.

once the roadmap is in place, sellers have the option to “level up” to tier 2 for detailed design focus curation or level 3 for picture perfect full execution, allowing you to focus on the deal , while I focus on the details.

  • EXPERIENCE -

    A 60 minute on-site strategy session and collaborative walkthrough designed to identify the property’s unique potential and high-impact Refresh opportunities.

    Recommendations may include deferred maintenance items, small updates, color changes and curb appeal opportunities, as well as advised furniture placement and decor shifts.

    The Deliverables -

    You will receive follow up notes, a general design concept, and a prioritized list of recommended items to address prior to listing within 48 hrs of walkthrough .

    The Purpose -

    This is the strategic starting point that provides a blueprint to the property’s highest value - perfect for the agent or developer who wants an overview designer plan, but wants to handle the intricacies and selection details themselves.

  • The Experience -

    This tier is for those who understand the impotance of design details but want to avoid the design decisions and smaller details that accompany curated selections.

    The Deliverables -

    Within a week of our walk through, you’ll receive a mood board, detailed furniture placement plans, specific color palettes, and a tailored, “Ready- To-Shop” list with direct links for easy purchasing within budget.

    The Purpose -

    To provide a cohesive, market-ready aesthetic that allows you, or your seller to move quickly and with total confidence.

    Design focus allows you to purchase with confidence.

  • The Experience -

    For local and Denver surrounding area projects where you don’ t have the time and energy to manage the setup, I handle the whole dang kit-and- kaboodle for you.

    The Deliverables -

    A full service transformation including boutique procurement, contractor coordination, limited site-visits, and the final installation of all elements.

    The Purpose -

    To take the weight of property preparation almost entirely off of your plate, leaving you with a polished, “ready to sell” product.
